Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Intern to join our E-commerce Marketing team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing strategies tailored for e-commerce platforms.
Job Description
- Assist in develop and implement effective marketing strategies on the Shopee and Lazada platforms to drive online sales and increase brand visibility.
- Assist in ensure effective operation of stores on assigned e-commerce platforms, including updating sales promotions, campaigns, discounts, etc.
- Assist in explore and research online materials to improve e-commerce platform sales.
- Assist in ensure listings always adhere to brand guidelines and web style guides to uphold brand standards.
- Assist in conduct market research to identify customer trends, preferences, and competitor activities.
- Assist in create compelling product listings, ensuring accurate and optimized descriptions, images, pricing, and promotions.
- Assist in monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and customer engagement metrics.
- Assist in utilize data analytics tools and platforms to identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging visuals, product images, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, supply chain, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in e-commerce marketing.
Requirement
- Last semester students.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia languages.
