Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Salesman to join our hardware retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. You will use your knowledge of hardware products and market trends to help customers make informed purchases, contribute to sales strategies, and meet sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers, offering expert advice on hardware products.
• Identify customer needs, explain product features, and recommend solutions.
• Process sales transactions, ensuring a positive buying experience.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Stay updated on the latest products, industry trends, and competitors.
• Maintain an organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Deliver product presentations both in-store and off-site.
• Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams for product availability.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management.

Requirement:

• Proven experience in hardware retail sales.
• Strong knowledge of hardware products and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and selling abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills (e.g., inventory systems, POS software).
• Valid driver’s license(D and GDL) required.

Working Location: Taman Johor Jaya, Johor Bahru

Experience:
