Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive eCommerce Operation to support our fast-growing online business across platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, hands-on, and interested in learning how eCommerce operations work behind the scenes. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily execution, campaign setup, and data tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Upload and manage product listings (titles, descriptions, images, SKU)
• Maintain accurate product details, pricing, and promotions across platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
• Assist in setting up campaigns, vouchers, bundles, and flash sales
• Support homepage updates, banners, and promotional content
• Track campaign timelines and ensure smooth execution
• Monitor basic performance metrics (sales, orders, conversion) and prepare simple reports
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure daily operations run smoothly

Job Requirement

• Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic understanding of eCommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) is a plus
• Good in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
• Able to multitask and follow SOPs
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
