Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Brand Manager to join our fast-paced and rapidly evolving team. As we continue to make waves in the cleaning product industry, we are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-changing working environment and can take our brand, BIG+, to new heights. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to upcoming branding projects and shape the future of our brand in a dynamic industry.
Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to enhance market presence and drive brand awareness, particularly for the BIG+ product line.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscapes in the fast-paced cleaning products sector.
- Value Proposition: Define and establish the unique value proposition of BIG+ products, ensuring consistency in messaging and visuals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute effective product launches and marketing campaigns, with a focus on the BIG+ brand.
- Brand Identity: Oversee the development and maintenance of a consistent brand identity for BIG+ products, including logos, visuals, and messaging.
- Market Analysis: Monitor and analyse rapidly changing market trends, evolving consumer behaviour, and competitor activities in the cleaning products space to make informed strategic decisions for the BIG+ brand.
- Budget Management: Manage budgets for marketing and promotional activities related to BIG+ products, maximizing impact within allocated financial resources in a fast-paced environment.
- Internal Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, particularly in relation to BIG+ products.
- KPI Establishment: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of branding efforts for the BIG+ brand in a fast-paced setting and provide regular reports on brand performance.
- Crisis Management: Address and manage any issues or crises that may impact the BIG+ brand's reputation in a fast-changing industry.
Requirements:
- · Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
- · Proven experience as a Brand Manager or in a similar role.
- · Strong understanding of marketing principles and brand management.
- · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in a fast-paced environment.
- · Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative and impactful marketing strategies.
- · Analytical mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changes.
- · Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-changing working environment.
Working Location: Taman Johor Jaya, Johor Bahru
